Configuration

Step 1: Create a Compatible Badge

Open the Labeler app and click Create New Badge.

Go to the Design tab and create a badge with the text Compatible. Customise the badge colours, fonts, icons, and position to match your store’s branding.

This creates the badge that will automatically appear on compatible accessories.

Step 2: Configure the Specific Tag Rule

Open the Rules tab.

Under Conditions, select Specific Tags.

This rule allows Labeler to identify products based on their Shopify specific tags instead of selecting products manually.

Step 3: Select the Compatible Tag

Choose the Compatible product tag and click Finish.

This tells Labeler to automatically display the Compatible badge on every product tagged Compatible. Whenever a new accessory is assigned the same tag, Labeler automatically applies the badge.

Step 4: Save the Configuration

Click Save to publish the badge.

From this point onwards, every product tagged Compatible automatically displays the badge across the configured storefront pages. If the Compatible tag is removed, the badge is removed automatically.
